Besiktas vs Porto Prediction 21 November 2017
On November 21 2017 at 17:00 at the Vodafone Stadyumu in Istanbul the local Besiktas will host their guests Porto in the upcoming 5th round game of the Champions League group stage.
We should probably start talking about Besiktas with their results in the domestic championship. In the latest game of the Turkish Super Lig Besiktas didn’t manage to win despite the fact that they had a huge advantage. Even though their results weren’t perfect in the national championship, Besiktas are rather convincing in Champions League campaign. In their previous 4 games played in that competition they managed to gain 10 points with 8:3goal difference which let them become the leaders of the Group G.
As for the Portuguese national elite division, the latest game in it was played on November 4th and in the match Porto outplayed Belenenses 2:0. Anyway, in the latest match Porto played against Portimonense in the cup and won 3:2. Despite the fact that Porto haven’t lost a single game in the national championship, they still aren’t this convincing in the Champions League. After their 4games already played in the Group G Porto have 6 points as they outplayed Monaco and Leipzig and in the rest of the games they lost to that same Leipzig and Besiktas.
The upcoming game will be the sixth one played between Besiktas and Porto in their history. Even though Besiktas haven’t lost yet, they still don’t look very confident and they lose points even in the matches against the middle-peasants and the losers. We think that this time we will have an opportunity to see a very interesting match with both teams scoring goals.
