Women earn less than men at Ladbrokes Coral

Ladbrokes Coral Group has announced, that women working at the company earn 15% less per hour on average than men.

 The gambling company is one of the hundreds of enterprises faced with the laws of the United Kingdom and forced to publish the difference in the average hourly wage under the new reporting rules in accordance with the 2010 Equality Act.

The law requires companies with more than 250 employees to disclose annually their gender payment gap since April 2017.

In its publication Ladbrokes Coral also said that the average salary for women in the company is 76% lower than for men, but a higher percent of women (80%) received a bonus compared to men (77%)  within 12 months since April 2017.
