The Freebet is credited on your player account. The balance regarding your potential Freebets will be shown in a different section from your cash balance. Freebets can only be used to place Sportsbook bets and can't be withdrawn. In case of a definitive account closure or definitive self-exclusion of a player's account, the Freebet balance cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited.

By placing a bet with a Freebet, the player can only win the net winnings of the bet, meaning the difference between the bet's winnings and the stake of the bet placed with a Freebet. If the bet wins, the net winnings will be credited to the customer's cash balance and will be available for withdrawal.
