Malmö FF vs IK Sirius Fotboll Prediction 1 July 2023

The match of the thirteenth round of the championship of Sweden between Malmö and Sirius is scheduled for next Saturday.

In the previous five meetings of the national championship, Malmö dealt with Halmstads (1:0), Degerfors (5:0) and Värnamo (3:1), had a 2:2 draw with Hacken and outright lost to Elfsborg - 0:3. However, the Sky Blues still remain at the head of the standings with 31 points in the asset and a goal difference of 31:10.

While Sirius, after a generally weak start to the season and a fiasco from Mjällby (0:3) and Halmstads (1:2), accelerated sharply and got three wins in a row over Brommapojkarna (2:1), Värnamo (2:0) and Göteborg  (2:0). As a result, the inevitable rise to the eleventh position with 14 points and the statistics of goals scored-conceded of 15:18.

As for us, Sirius has every chance to complicate the life of the favorite, given its dramatic transformation in late May - early June. Yes, Malmö will most likely take three points, but at least in one half the absolute equality of the teams will be recorded.
