In the last chronologically quarter-final of Euro 2023 U21, the teams of France and Ukraine will face off.

France has a solid playing potential to make some noise in this tournament and try to win it. At least in the group stage, Les Bleus looked very worthy. There, in spectacular style, they broke the resistance of not the weakest Italy (2:1), Norway (1:0) and Switzerland (4:1).

On the other hand, Ukraine jumped above its head and showed football immeasurably better than in the qualifying round. Triumphs 2:0 over Croatia and 1:0 over Romania, as well as a fighting draw 2:2 with Spain - and Rotan's men finished second in quartet B brilliantly with seven points in their asset.
