Sweden vs France Prediction 9 June 2017

On June 9 2017 at 19:45 in the upcoming game of the 2018 World Cup qualification at the Friends Arena Sweden national team is going to play against France national team.

Sweden showed unexpectedly poor results at the Euros as they took the last place in their group and were outpaced by Ireland, Belgium and Italy. Even though they started the qualification without their leader Ibrahimovic, they still showed really good results. In those five matches of the qualification where Sweden drew Netherlands, outplayed Luxembourg, Bulgaria and Belarus and lost to France.

As for France, they, in their turn, were probably the disappointment of the home Euros last summer. They made it to the very final of the competition they lost to Portugal. They have the best footballers of the European continent and they prove to be the favorites of the group as they have already gained 13 points in their 5 matches played. In those matches France drew Belarus in the first round game and after that they outplayed Bulgaria, Netherlands, Sweden and Luxembourg.

Even though both teams won some of the matches, France still have an advantage in the history of them. Last time they met in November 2016 France also won 2:1. It seems to us that France are obviously much stronger than their competitors in the upcoming game and that’s why we have no doubt that they are going to win at the Scandinavia Peninsula.
