Inter vs Milan Prediction 15 October 2017
On October 15 2017 at 19:45 in Milano at the San Siro Stadium Derby della Madonnina will take place in the upcoming regular game of the 8th matchday of the Italian Serie A between Inter and Milan.
Inter aren’t taking part in the Euro Cups this season which gives them some kind of an advantage in the race for the championship as they will have to compete against the teams which will have to play either in the Europa League or the Champions League. In the first seven matches of the national championship Inter only made one single mistake as they drew Bologna 1:1 in the 5th match. In the result of the games Inter had obvious advantage and they gained 19 points in them with 14:3 goal difference which lets them be on the third place in the table right below Juventus and Napoli.
The results of the latest games played by Milan are an actual disappointment for their fans. At the beginning of the season Milan showed some great results which let them take a place near the top of the table and yet the loss to Roma 0:2 in the latest match was the second one in a row for the Rossoneri. In the sixth match Milan lost to Sampdoria with the same score. For now, Milan have only outplayed Crotone in their away match. In the rest of those games they were outplayed by Sampdoria and Lazio.
In the previous season both games of the Milan Derby finished with the same 2:2 score. It seems to us that Inter are the favorites of the upcoming match. Inter won all of their home games already played and they did it without conceding a single goal. As for Milan, they are still getting used to the players in the squad trying to improve the cooperation. We don’t think that Milan will manage to win in the upcoming match.
