Tottenham Hotspurs vs Wimbledon Prediction 7 January 2018
On January 7 2018 at 15:00 in London at the Wembley Stadium in the upcoming regular game of the English FA Cup Round of 64 the local Tottenham are playing against their guests Wimbledon.
Tottenham had an advantage in possession in the latest game against West Ham United on January 4 and they surprisingly didn’t manage to score a lot of goals despite the fact that they committed 31 attempts and only 8 of them were on target. Yet, that wasn’t the most surprising thing, in fact. They actually conceded a goal on the 70th minute and only managed to equalize 14 minutes later.
As for Wimbledon, they participate in the League One this season and they show really poor results there. Despite the fact that they managed to outplayed Southend 2:0 in the latest match, they still showed much poorer results in the previous matches. As a result, in their 25 games played since the start of the season Wimbledon gained 27 points with 22:31 goal difference which only let them take the 21st position in the table which is in the relegation zone.
The upcoming game will be the first one played between the teams in the new history. Of course, Tottenham lost points in their latest match against West Ham and they may actually wish to concentrate on the national elite division and still we don’t really think that they will lose in the match against the outsiders of the League One. We are sure that Tottenham are much more likely to win and to do it with a convincing score.
