Deportivo Alaves vs Levante Prediction 18 August 2019
On August 18 2019 at 16:00 at the Estadio de Mendizorroza in the upcoming regular match of the first game week of the Spanish La Liga the local Deportivo are going to play against their guests Levante. This is going to be the match between two outsiders of the championship who will both be fighting for the survival by the end of the season.
Alaves finished the previous season of the Spanish championship on the 11th position showing the worst performance in attack. During the preseason campaign they didn’t seem to improve the situation and that is why they will probably try to concentrate on defense. The Basks played their eight friendly matches this summer in which they won four times, drew three times and lost one.
As for Levante, they were extremely fierce in attack in the previous season and yet in the end they only took the 17th position. The Frogs don’t seem to know how to protect the goal at all. The neutral football fans will probably be happy with the way they play and yet this approach won’t probably help them achieve anything.
Both of the teams are in really poor conditions at the beginning of the new season and that is why we shouldn’t expect the players to be very good in cooperation. Alaves will control the game and yet Levante won’t probably leave the pitch without a goal scored.
