KRC Genk vs Royal Antwerp Prediction 20 May 2021

Next Thursday, another match of the fifth round of the Belgian play-off round between Genk and Antwerp will take place.

Genk finished the regular season in a quite acceptable fourth place. However, in the direct struggle for the Champions League zone, the Miners showed their best side. They had a draw 1:1 with Anderlecht, beating them three days later - 2:1. In addition, Antwerp (3:2) and Brugge (3:0) were defeated.

Antwerp feel much worse in a similar segment of the season. Misfires in confrontations with Genk (2:3), Anderlecht (2:2) and Brugge (0:0, 1:2) threw the Red-Whites to the fourth position with 32 points, a goal difference of 5:7 and the threat to end the year in the Conference League zone.

As for us, right now Genk look much more solid than Antwerp. All the matches of these teams this season turned out to be very productive (3:2, 2:3, 4:2), so there will be goals scored on both sides.
