K.R.C. Genk vs West Ham United F.C. Prediction 4 November 2021

West Ham, which have gained phenomenal shape, will go to visit Belgian Genk as part of the fourth round of the Europa League.

Last weekend, Genk dealt with Zulte Waregem (6:2) in a spectacular style, thus ending a three-match losing streak in the championship. However, in the European competition Blauw-Wit are on the verge of elimination. There they were marked only by a victory over Rapid (1:0), losing at the same time to Dynamo Zagreb, 0:3, and West Ham, 0:3.

While West Ham earned nine points in the confrontations with Dynamo Zagreb (2:0), Rapid (2:0) and Genk (3:0), breaking away from the nearest pursuer by as much as six points. Having almost settled the issue of reaching the playoffs, the Hammers will turn their attention to the national league. There, after the defeat of Aston Villa (4:1), they rose to the fourth line of the standings.

On paper, West Ham look much more solid, but Genk at their home arena have no right to sit out on the defensive. Our prediction: goals scored are expected from both sides.
