UD Las Palmas vs CD Tenerife Prediction 4 June 2022

The second leg of the La Liga play-offs between Las Palmas and Tenerife will take place this coming weekend.

For several years in a row, Las Palmas have been a strong middle-tier side in the Segunda, but in the current campaign, they made a significant bid for promotion. After games with Malaga (2:1), Mirandes (2:0), Alcorcon (2:0), Oviedo (2:1) and Sporting Gijón (1:0), they guaranteed themselves a finish in fourth place in the standings.

Tenerife ended up in fifth place and guaranteed themselves participation in the playoffs at the beginning of May. Decisive in this regard were duels with Lugo (2:0) and Girona (1:0). Having solved the minimum problem for the season, the Crusaders with a peace of mind were defeated by Malaga (0:2), Eibar (0:2) and Cartagena (1:2).
