Portugal vs Czech Republic Prediction 9 June 2022

The Portugal national team will take their counterparts from the Czech Republic in the third round of Division A of the Nations League.

A 1-1 away draw with Spain and a spectacular 4-0 triumph over Switzerland - the starting segment of the competition was almost perfect for Portugal. Seleção now lead the quartet 2 with four points and a goal difference of 5:1. And in the spring, Santos' men made it to the World Cup thanks to victories over Turkey (3:1) and North Macedonia (2:0).

The Czech Republic also tried to win the matches for the 2022 World Cup, but it didn’t work out – they were immediately eliminated by Sweden (0:1). After that, the Red-Whites had a 1:1 draw with Wales in a friendly match, and in the Nations League they earned four points in confrontations with Switzerland (2:1) and Spain (2:2).

As for us, the Czech Republic squeezed the most out of the home games, and they do not feel so confident away. This is a chance for the Portuguese to realize their class advantage and take a step towards the Final Four.
