Seattle Sounders FC vs Sporting Kansas City Prediction 25 June 2022

Seattle will host Sporting Kansas City this Saturday as part of another MLS matchday.

Over the past month, Seattle have defeated Houston (1:0), Charlotte (2:1) and Vancouver (4:0), drew 1:1 with Los Angeles FC and lost 0:1 to Colorado. Thus, the Sounders finally came to their senses after a disastrous start and climbed to seventh place in the Western Conference with 20 points and a goal difference of 20:17.

Sporting Kansas City are in the same division, where they are twelfth with 16 points and a 16:29 scoring record. At this stage of the season, the Wizards clearly lack stability, which we can see in their confrontations with Colorado (2:1), San Jose (1:1), Vancouver (0:1), the New England Revolution (1:2) and Nashville (2:1).

On paper, Seattle look more convincing, but the last four out of five meetings between these teams were won by their opponents. We believe that now Sporting Kansas City will play actively in attack, thanks to which we will see goals scored from both sides.
