Dybala to change Turin for Milan!

The Paulo Dybala transfer saga seems to be coming to its logical conclusion! The Argentina national team and Juventus midfielder is going to Inter as a free agent!

Paulo Dybala moved from Palermo to Juventus back in 2015. Back then he was considered one of the most promising players in Italian football. As part of the Old LADY, the Argentine immediately found himself a spot in the starting line-up, scoring 19 goals in his debut season. And in the 2017/18 campaign, he scored a record 22 times against opponents! Since then, Paulo's career in Turin declined - he still appeared on the pitch in almost every round, but most often as a substitute.

Dybala also suffered from injuries a lot. Since the beginning of 2021, he missed a total of five months and now resembles a pale shadow of himself. And the 4-4-2 formation from Massimiliano Allegri is not very suitable for the 28-year-old Argentine, who mainly plays the role of the number 10. In the summer of 2022, Dybala ended his contract with Bianconeri. They offered to extend it with a salary of 10 million euros per year, but Paulo refused.

The Argentine playmaker has chosen a new vector for his career. Moreover, his negotiations with Inter have been going on since the spring. As a result, the parties agreed on a four-year contract with a salary of eight million euros, including bonuses. Dybala has to undergo a medical examination, after which he will officially become part of the Nerazzurri.

In our opinion, the 28-year-old midfielder will quickly become an integral part in Milan. The fact is that Dybala spent his best years under the leadership of Antonio Conte, who preached a formation with three central defenders. Similar tactics are used at Simone Inzaghi’s Inter as well. For Paulo, a 3-4-1-2 formation is best with him as the one. With incredible technique and skillful passing, he will be an excellent projectile carrier for Lautaro Martinez. And if Romelu Lukaku joins the ranks of the Nerazzurri, then such an attacking trio can bring a lot of trophies to the Milanese.

The transfer of Paulo Dybala demonstrates the change of hegemon in Italian football. After nine years of complete dominance in Serie A, Juventus are slowly receding into the background and losing their best players. And Inter are only getting stronger every month and are already allowing themselves a lot more than three years ago. We are sure that Dybala will perfectly fit into the concept of Simone Inzaghi's game and lead the club to new heights. Unless, of course, injuries prevent him from doing so.
