West Ham’s former player is accused of embezzlement and betting

The Premier League’s former player is accused of embezzlement and ludomania.

The 23-year old Blair Turgott was accused of cashed withdrawal and exchange for chips at night at Playboy casino in Mayfair. The jury panel at Southpark Crown Court couldn’t come to a final verdict last year.

Turgott, who has entered the pitch only once in the Hammers’ squad, denied the fact of the felony, desite the card being owned by the 85-year old Peter Dixon. Turgott claimed, that he received the card with a PIN code from his acquaintance Ali, who was indebted to him for helping to develop real estate in Uganda and also made bets.
