Chelsea and Man Utd want Barcelona’s line of attack player

The Catalan Barcelona can lose one of the main players of attack next summer. A race between the EPL clubs and more has begun.

According to the press, the winger of the Catalan Barcelona, Philippe Coutinho, has ruled out the transfer to Manchester United, leaving an open springboard for a move to London Chelsea.

It is believed that the Brazilian national player has become the target for a couple of Premier League clubs before the summer transfer window.

Coutinho spent only the last 15 months at Camp Nou, but could not justify his price tag of 160 million euros. Therefore, Barcelona are about to look for a replacement for Neymar's friend and former Inter player, but will try to deflect the transfer this summer.

The united fans mocked Coutinho during the first phase of the Champions League quarter-finals last week, making it clear they will not forget about his career in Liverpool, and the attacking midfielder does not want to betray his former team.

Chelsea is the only other realistic option for Coutinho. However, the Blues will enter into negotiations only if their transfer ban for two seasons will postpone until 2020.

Meanwhile, according to rumors, Paris Saint-Germain has joined the race for the Brazilian. According to French newspapers, Coutinho's friend, Neymar, pushed his club to sign Felipe this summer. Given the cooperation of the Catalan giant with the capital's French club, this transition can become a reality.

Nevertheless, the president of Barcelona Josep Maria Bartomeu excludes Coutinho's departure. The Spaniard said that Coutinho is a great player and he will remain in the team if the clubs wishing to sign do not buy out the full amount of the compensation.
